On behalf of SAMALEN TV, a Tanzania-based international media and diplomatic communications platform, I have the honor to formally submit this recommendation for the appointment of Mr. Samwel Efrem Mosha as the Official Ambassador of the Republic of Somaliland to the United Republic of
Mr. Samwel Efrem Mosha is a respected African leader, media executive, and public figure with a strong record of service in diplomacy, governance advocacy, and international engagement. He is the Founder and President of SAMALEN TV Platforms, an influential media network committed to promoting regional cooperation, development, peace, and international recognition for African institutions.
Mr. Mosha also served as the Former President of Samalencia, where he demonstrated exemplary leadership, strategic diplomacy, and the ability to represent institutions at both national and international levels. His experience places him in a unique position to advance Somaliland's diplomatic interests within the United Republic of Tanzania and the wider East African region.
Through his professional work and public engagement, Mr. Mosha has established strong networks across government institutions in Tanzania, media and civil society organizations, and regional partners. His appointment would significantly enhance bilateral relations, trade and investment cooperation, cultural exchange, and international advocacy for the Republic of Somaliland.
